Welcome to this tranquil energy clearing meditation, designed to protect you from those energies that might be interfering with your sense of well-being. In this daily practice I gently guide you to release any negative feelings, energies, and thoughts, including those that are being generated in response to the fear and negativity of others. This meditation surrounds you with protective energies, allowing you to rise above any low vibrational energies you may encounter throughout your day.

Every wisdom tradition has a teaching that says, “Be still. And know.” Be still, and you will hear that soft voice that so often goes unheard. This meditation is a journey into that stillness, designed to connect you with a deeper knowing of who you are, why you are here, and how you are meant to express yourself more fully into the world.

Shamanic Energy Healing Meditation

This 30-minute guided meditation is a powerful example of the shamanic healing work I offer to clients. It’s designed to take you into an expanded state of awareness where true healing can occur — beyond the mind, beneath the surface, and within the field of your own Higher Knowing. Originally recorded during a session for someone recovering from serious illness, this meditation uses focused intention, spoken affirmations, and energetic release commands to help you shift long-held patterns, beliefs, and energies that may be manifesting as emotional or physical imbalance.
