How is spiritual mentoring different from traditional psychotherapy? 
Spiritual mentoring looks beyond ego functioning, to a person's higher nature, and focuses on strengthening that which is already whole and complete.  It is about deepening a connection to a higher consciousness in order to experience more meaning and satisfaction in life.

As a trained Interfaith minister, Jude Smith offers individual spiritual mentoring sessions, both in-person at her Rhinebeck office and by phone. Jude comes from a non-denominational and interfaith perspective, seeing the basic truths that underlie all of the world’s spiritual traditions and the validity of each of those paths.  Her orientation is spiritual rather than religious.
