AYERVEDIC SERVICES
Ayurveda means science of life and comes from ancient vedic tradition. The written documents of ayurveda go up to 5000 years back in history. Ayurvedic treatments help and entice our body's mechanisms of self healing and result in quality recuperation. The mind and body are balanced simultaneously, creating the basis for increased vitality, achievements and increased joy of living. Freed from impurities and toxic waste products we become stronger and more resistant to harmful influences from the environment.
Short overview of our anti-stress programs - whole body massages:
Abhyanga - Feel like royalty with this soothing, relaxing and revitalizing full body oil massage! It helps to loose and remove impurities from your body and brings deep relaxation and contentment.
Udvartana - luscious massage and lymph drainage that stimulates circulation, nourishes and cleanses the skin with mild peeling effect.
It reduces cellulite! Also helps in removing feelings of heaviness and dullness from the mind and body, helps in weight reduction and improves skin metabolism.
Shirodhara - continuous flow of soothing warm ayurvedic oils over your forehead and temples brings deep relaxation, calmness and contentment.
Especially useful in reducing high blood pressure, anxiety, insomnia, nervous disorders, exhaustion and headaches.
Nasya - treatment for removal of impurities from the head and sinuses.
It brings relief from acute and chronic sinusitis, headaches, tints and brings increasing clarity to your brain physiology.
Netra tarpana - eye treatment. It reduces tiredness, irritation, oversensitivity, inflammation and allergy related eye problems.
Swedana - steam bath (your body is sweating comfortably and you breathe normally - not hot moist air like in other types of saunas!) It opens up circulatory channels and helps in elimination of impurities through natural sweating.
